Product Description

Aramid pulp (para-aramid pulp) is a type of ultra-short fiber produced by highly fibrillating aramid fibers. The aramid pulp's unique structure enhances the adhesion of the mixture when used as a special additive. Its excellent reinforcing properties and control over the adhesive under shear stress significantly improve product performance. As a reinforcing material for friction and sealing, aramid pulp can be applied in automotive brake pads, sealing sheets, clutch plates, and other fields.

Acrylic chopped strand fiber (polyacrylonitrile chopped strand fiber) is a synthetic fiber made by polymerizing and spinning acrylonitrile as the main monomer and then cutting it. It is often referred to as "synthetic wool." The fiber has high strength, a soft hand feel, uniform crimp, and good dispersibility and cohesion, forming a uniform and stable three-dimensional network structure in the matrix material. Polyacrylonitrile chopped strand fiber also possesses excellent light resistance, chemical solvent resistance, mildew resistance, and acid and alkali resistance. It has high tensile strength and good elastic modulus, making it a widely used and economical reinforcing fiber in friction materials, gaskets, filter materials, and non-woven products. It is an ideal reinforcing raw material for asbestos-free sealing sheets and friction products.
